Information we collect
We may process information you provide directly, such as an email address or support message; technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser or client details, timestamps, and request outcomes; and content you intentionally submit to a public feature, such as a public product URL.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Corsac, operate rate limits, diagnose failures, measure product usage, respond to support requests, and improve our eval and benchmark experiences. We do not use submitted private customer data to advertise to you.
MCP and benchmark previews
The anonymous MCP surface exposes public eval metadata and accepts public product URLs for bounded benchmark previews. Corsac may retrieve public content from the submitted URL and use service providers, including model providers, to produce proposed benchmark coverage. Do not submit secrets, private datasets, personal information, or confidential material through the anonymous preview.
The public MCP surface does not return Corsac’s vaulted rubrics, answer keys, private runs, or captured artifacts. A preview is proposed coverage, not measured product performance.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Public preview run state is temporary. Operational and security records may be retained longer than the preview itself.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a URL or use the MCP preview. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate operational purposes.
