Terms of use

These terms govern access to Corsac’s public website, eval library, benchmark previews, and MCP server.

Using Corsac

You may use Corsac’s public surfaces for lawful evaluation, research, and development. You are responsible for your use of generated material and for obtaining any permissions required for URLs or information you submit.

Preview limitations

Benchmark previews map proposed evaluation coverage from available public evidence. They are not audits, certifications, legal advice, security assessments, or measured performance results. Public information can be incomplete or change over time; independently validate material before relying on it.

Submitted content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Corsac permission to process that content as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit confidential information, personal data, private datasets, credentials, or material you do not have the right to use through anonymous public features.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Corsac, evade usage controls, interfere with the service, probe for non-public data, access vaulted eval material, distribute malware, violate another party’s rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend access to protect Corsac and its users.

Corsac materials

Corsac and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, eval library, rubrics, answer keys, and related materials. Public metadata and illustrative previews do not grant access to or ownership of vaulted evaluation content.

Disclaimers and changes

The public service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated coverage is complete or error-free. We may change these terms and will update the effective date when we do.
